History: 
The Constitution is a three-masted, forty-four gunned frigate which was built at the Charlestown Navy Yard in North Boston in 1797. The ship triumphed in sea battles against pirates in the First Barbary War, and against the British in the War of 1812. She became legendary for surviving miraculous decades of service, in an era when naval ships had a lifespan of ten or fifteen years at most, and eventually earned the nickname "Old Ironsides" for the resilience of her oak hull in combat.

The Constitution was finally dry-docked and restored in the 1920's, and remained the crown jewel of her eponymous maritime museum in the Boston Naval Shipyard until its destruction in 2077. Sometime between 2077 and 2287, somebody fitted NX-42 rocket engines to both sides of the ship, ran wiring and electronic equipment throughout the ship and installed a radar dish on the main deck. The ship then attempted to take off, but ended up landing on top of the Weatherby Savings & Loan bank, just north of Boston.

Captain Ironsides is the Captain of the USS Constitution in the year 2287 and he will do anything to keep it protected. His one mission as Captain is to get the USS Constitution into the Atlantic Ocean.
Ironsides believes he is a colonial era Naval Captain. The terminal on the ship's deck indicates that Ironsides was designed to entertain tourists on the USS Constitution. Additionally, an entry in 2055, before the bombs dropped in 2077, indicated that something was overheating and leading to data corruption (the terminal entry is vague, but sentry bots are know for overheating.) This all alludes to the fact that Ironsides' programming has run amok in the years since his human caretakers died, and as a result he has assumed complete control over the ship, having reprogrammed a variety of robots to serve as his crew. Despite his bizarre mannerisms and choice of hat, Captain Ironsides is fully aware of his surroundings and knows full well that the U.S. Military no longer exists. He is attempting to install and operate a rocket thrust system and gives quests to assist in his efforts.
He also believes that since the U.S. Military no longer exists, and as he is the only military robot having "evolved" past his programming (as far as he is aware), he is now the highest ranking member of the U.S. Army and therefore is now in charge of the entire U.S. Military. As his first priority, Captain Ironsides has decided to mount a retaliatory strike on China.

While the true extent of Sheogorath's powers is unknown, his powers and the artifacts he creates are a result of madness and insanity. His powers are also fueled off of madness and insanity, making him more powerful when chaos and madness is going on. His true intents are unknown to everyone and maybe even himself. He is also immortal, but his body can be destroyed.

Bio:

It is unknown when Sheogorath came into being. He did not appear with the other Daedra Princes, but he may have been created during a change or destruction of an Aedra. He is the Daedric Prince of Madness, and lives on the plain of Oblivion known as the Shivering Isles. During the Oblivion Crisis, it is revealed that Sheogorath was originally Jyggalag, the Daedra Prince of Order. After the Hero of Kvatch frees him from being Sheogorath, it is believed that the Hero of Kvatch became the new Sheogorath.

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
