Seriously I can't thank you enough for the support you guys have given me for the unbanning of my account in two-three weeks. I mean it's been really comforting to know people actually care for that and trying to combat Slime's broken behaviour.

Although this is where the bad news comes in I believe, I mean I'm still very torn about it. But lately the whole thing has kind of made me go off the Sharples alias accounts. Even a person very special to me, has told me they much prefer my real name then Sharples. And seeing how 'tainted' the username is on Spore and the Sporum, and the fact that a rule is exempt from me to the rest of the Sporum which is one more suspension I will be permanent banned. I just feel like not using the Sharples account to post on the Sporum anymore. I've read every page of the Town Hall thread and other parts of the Sporum to conclude that a lot of people do not seem to want me in this community.

I'm still going to post here and other places, just not the Sporum even if I do get unbanned. Unless obviously if something important comes up that I can address or something, I just don't feel like going back into that place knowing that a ban is over my head for every word I say, I will never stand for permanent bans. I only stand for the fact that if a majority community wants that person in that community, that's how it should be. IMHO. (Which Is probably from researching the stuff from above that I might have come to a conclusion).

I know this is 'exactly' what Slime wants. But a few others have vented their opinion and the 'last chance' for me seems to not want to make me post. You're still welcome to put your opinion in here though, since I read everything said.

Well either way, thanks for the support. At least now I've made my mind up with the Sharples accounts.

This raises a concern, though.

That's not my affiliation anymore. I don't want to go pointing fingers, but with how things are going on the Sporum in terms of suspensions, Slime now has full control of what matters. If anything, I'd say repeat offenders like DarkLord979 would probably be permanent banned next.

Sorry Dark, I don't mean to point it at you, just giving an example of what Slime is obviously capable of.

If anything, we've tried to make Slime follow the same rules as what was said in the guidelines for a while now. It hasn't worked.

I have forgotten that we can still negotiate with Baza. Perhaps a well-written appeal could get Baza to change his mind. His judgement will probably the best out of all SMs, since he is impartial. Hopefully Slime has not put a lasting first impression of you in his post about permabanning.

If you want, go ahead. I won't miss that opportunity. Even if I did make my mind up it'd probably be nice to go back into the community at a later date.

As long as you don't have any existing beef with the SMs you should be fine.

And you don't really shitpost so I think you shouldn't be concerned.

Also, don't be scared of posting on the Sporum. The Sporum should never be a place to be scared of even if there is a ridiculous SporeMaster in the mists.

If Slime decides to ban someone unfairly, we'll be happy to lift or reduce it based on the situation. Hopefully we can intervene if there is a disputed case before Baza decided to permaban another user.

i mean, of course i'll still post and i didn't really have a bad past with the sporemasters but still, the risk comes in and i can get banned about doing something accidentally. but you know, makes me more aware and careful about talking to sporemasters.

but in all, i don't really interact with the community too much i'm just sitting here stuck in the roleplay section

I really don't mean to do this, but have I realistically been posting a ton of flash and spamming outright since 2014? It's been a much different road and I think I should of been punished for the PM'ings that I actually did but Slime seems to of taken it too far with the permanent ban.

Heck ever since a year and a half ago I've changed substantially and even more so from the 2011 times.

honestly yeah, the PM bombing did deserve a ban but maybe emailing slime a little too much made it go a little too far to reactivate the rotating bans. but you know i could be wrong, even if you didn't do that to slime you would probably get the same results

With a word that used previously but only recently administrated as punishment because Slime suddenly decided it considered a rule-break. The word is obviously "Buttsecks". And I know several users used it without getting suspended in the past, only recently did it happen.

As the PM spam, he obviously deserves it. The little shit basically doesn't even need a reason to ban us, and you've seen how he administrates the Sporum. Ever since we came back in 2014 I don't think I've ever agreed with him.

I will sport the "Free Sharples65!" banner for as long as it takes, because I do recognize what you have done for the community. And I want you back in it.

Can we please get someone to ask him to show the rest of the image? He's deliberately cut out how long ago this was. It's practically a year or so ago.

Seriously. He's quoting things that happened during the anti-sporum days. That was a very long time ago and should not be concerned with our suspensions whatsoever.

Yeah can someone ask him to actually show what's on page 1 rather than 100 and something so we can get something that's actually relevant to our current situation.

He's clearly manipulating how bad we are. Also, new accounts are supposed to have a clean record in their suspension. I literally was suspended once before we started doing that and I got a full rotation ban.

Doing things to get try and get unbanned on the Sporum were the anti-Sporum days where me, Darklord and a few others didn't agree with regulations. Turns out unbanning us was good advice, because me and Darklord have done so much for this community. Slime doesn't, and never will see it that way.
