School is worse than evil. School is.... school.
But seriously, if school is not a place to sleep my house is not a place to study

College is a school where studying is life. You work and study to the point that you do it, even in your sleep.

This is true. I have been told that I sat up in bed once and asked where my calculator was.
Re: Legerman Academy
A few years back when I was dissecting things in my high school biology class, I kept having dreams that the animals I cut open would come back and try to dissect me in revenge. That went on for several weeks.
The odd part was that each animal came out of a box with tons of weird symbols on it. I've always wanted to write a scary story based off that.

That's... interesting, Darkel.
I uh... once dissected a shark.

Re: Legerman Academy
The one thing I remember was dissecting a sheep's eyeball.
I should mention, it ruined a lot of Halloween candy for me. When I see eyeball-themed gum or those soft marshmallow things, I still feel the impulse to gag, a little.

Re: Legerman Academy
I dissected a worm, a starfish, a clam, a squid, a shark, a frog, a lizard, a pig, a cat, and a human baby.
Jk on that last one. Lol.

Re: Legerman Academy
I was sick on most dissection days, the one thing I dissected was a shrimp.
I have, however, touched a sheep brain once, the inside, and without gloves. The most disgusting thing you can touch.

I remember that I always knew when dissections were going to happen, because the smell of the preservatives that they used was just...awful. It's traumatizing in itself.

Re: Legerman Academy
I remember dissecting a cow's eye, and I agree with Vipera; the smell was awful.
Re: Legerman Academy
I once dissected a shark, and the guy I was working with poked its eye out, and accidentally cut its brain in half.
...But everything else was fine! Dissection's not that bad, unless you or your partner have shaky hands.

Re: Legerman Academy
I'm very good with a knife after growing up on a farm lol. Cut open A LOT of dead animals lol.
When we killed deer, we first take off the edible meat then the family leaves the carcass to me and I butcher it, removing all the organs and certain bones just out of overly morbid curiosity about the inside of the animal. My favorites to get out were always the heart in the brain. Although it was always very hard to get past the skull, and I had to use drills and hammers and saws.

Re: Legerman Academy
That doesn't actually strike me as morbid, but that's mostly because I come from a family that tends to eat more deer than beef, and a lot of my relatives are hunters. I also keep two deer skulls in my room.

Re: Legerman Academy
I don't mind wild game, but often times I have debated becoming vegetarian because of how animals are treated in slaughterhouses... but then I am apparently not empathetic enough because hamburgers taste too good for me to give them up.
Also, I have been SLOWLY working on a character sheet for my OC bby Lexy, but have been procrastinating so much that I am not even done typing out the description. I did draw her, though.

That's a really good drawing. I've been trying to work on drawings of Honey, but I'm running into issues because of the few human-like traits she has.
I can pretty much nail human anatomy, but once I have to give it a human face...it's all over...

I WOULD draw my characters, but... I lost the stylus for my tablet, and I suck at drawing anyways.

Aw thank you ;v;
And if you like Echo, I would suggest looking up Wildfire by Circus P and Crusher P. They use GUMI English as the voice bank for that one, too

Re: Legerman Academy
I've just realized that I don't know for sure what my own character looks like. I always have a general idea that I lay out for the character sheet, but then I forget about it and let my imagination fill in the blanks, which is also why I don't physically describe my character in the IC like everyone else does...
I might try to draw him later, and see what I actually want him to look like. Or maybe I should have Celo do it
Those are some great pictures you've created. It's awesome to see people developing their characters that way.
