If we did in the past, we were banned straight up for it without chance of appeal (you know, back when the Sporum was many time stricter than it currently is). A bottle of JD can't be smoked m8 (but it can get you banned just like I did). Thankfully I'm not into such plebeian malt's anymore (12-Year Matured Yamazaki is the stuff of wonders though).
