The Anime Thread
Anyone else here watch any anime?
I've been watching Fullmetal Alchemist lately and from the first few episodes along I'm already into it.

Re: The Anime Thread
FMA is pretty good, but I suggest afterwards watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. It follows the manga better and I prefer its ending.
I found this... interesting anime that's inspired from Sega and Nintendo- Nintendo characters being the "bad guys." I watched a few of the episodes, and Mario is a buff, tall mafia man with Link being a sly, creeper-looking character.

I have never watched that much anime yet, so . I think it's just Chinese cartoons with great story in it (and a sprinkle of, well, those weird things in a girl's chest.)

You will forever rot for your transgressions against the holy art of man.

Re: The Anime Thread
Cory in the House is the best anime ever to exist in our universe. Now, the animation itself is so silky and smooth, it looks better than reality itself. As for the writing, every episode is loaded with intense story and comedy so funny that you'll piss yourself. I thought that anime shows such as Shrek, Johnny Test, Bee Movie, The Little Panda Fighter or even the masterpiece "Cool Cat Saves the Kids" would top it but boy was I wrong! I suggest everybody who's reading this post goes out and buys every single episode on DvD so you can catch up on the best anime ever.

Haha I've been waiting for this thread
http://myanimelist.net/animelist/Salpa
Don't judge me.
Anyways my top 5
1. Jojo's bizarre Adventure (1-3)
2. Hajime no Ippo
3. Hunter x Hunter (1999 and 2011)
4. Kaiji (1 and 2)
5. Samurai Champloo
I only watch manly shows. Not those "cute girls with oversized eyeballs doing cute things" shit.

+100 respect
That's a very good list you got there. And I agree, the manly ones are much better.

If you really think Cory In The House reks critic butt then you need to watch Teen Titans Go; that poop would chop the atoms of said critics' butt.NathanielRD wrote:Cory in the House is the best anime ever to exist in our universe. Re: The Anime Thread
Ah I love Samurai Champloo <3
I appreciate the statement about cute girls with oversized eyeballs XD
If we're doing top lists, mine would be...
1. Mekakucity Actors (animation is terrible if it's not the DVD version- that's what Jin gets for having the contract with Shaft. LOVE the plot, though)
2. Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 (this episodes brings on some ultimate feels, especially in the last episode)
3. Your Lie in April (I refer to the above comment)
4. Shiki (Blurs the line of good and evil; philosophical, at times)
5. Hetalia (humorous and each character is a country and it's stereotype. What's not to love? It makes Geography class awkward, though)

Re: The Anime Thread
Been watching Tokyo Ghoul. It's rather new, and I love it. A rather simple storyline so far but so amazingly unique and has such an awesome style. Very well animated too. I do recommend giving it a go, especially if you like psychological or fantasy/horror animes.

Re: The Anime Thread
The best anime is the one where orbed creatures eat senbies (crackers) by absorbing it...
I forgot what it was called...
I just remember a pink dingus sucking up stuff...
