Feedback Thread
I realize there are other places to put this but I think it would get the most views here.
How can we engage you on the forum? How can we interest you? We want to get the blood flowing here before people lose interest and it kind of does away. We have a good number of people here. We don't want them to leave. So how can we improve the forum to make it ideal for you? How can we get you engaged around here?

Re: Feedback Thread
A nice idea to keep current members around and engaged would be to host a collaborative project like making an RPG together through RPG maker MV/VX-Ace and have everyone pool resource together. Or maybe even host something like a public Minecraft or TF2 server with good game modes on to attract new members here.

Re: Feedback Thread
The projects that we tried to do in the hidden sections should be released or a new sub-forum should be made as "Projects" where the community can help this forum or the Sporum.

No. We no longer need to help the Sporum, or continue to try. We will only get the same results we've been getting. Instead, let's draw people here and improve here while we have it.

That's actually a very good idea. I'm not sure if I have the time to do the former but the latter definitely sounds interesting.
Re: Feedback Thread
I may be able to host a server for the game Terraria (which is on sale for around $3 on Steam), although I can't guarantee it. If I do, it would only be able to hold 8 players at a time. I could also probably run it 24/7. The only problem I can see with that is that I am unlikely to have enough time to moderate the server (not something I'd really want to do anyways). If my computer crashes, it will also likely be some time before I turn the server back on as I can be quite busy on school days. Just something to keep in mind.Darkel wrote:Odious wrote:A nice idea to keep current members around and engaged would be to host a collaborative project like making an RPG together through RPG maker MV/VX-Ace and have everyone pool resource together. I have spare £££ laying around.
Let me know what game everyone intends to play and I can get a dedicated hosting solution sorted.

Re: Feedback Thread
If the chat could be something chatty that would be awesome but the chat is usually dead and most people ignore it during the day...
Could also make like...I dunno. Some contests or something? Competition gets people goin'.

Re: Feedback Thread
We were thinking of getting some Spore competitions going. Other than that though I'm not sure what other kinds of competitions we could do.
