Where did you even get it? Who is the artist? Does the artist allow edits?

Selina, "credit" doesn't matter when you use the art without regards to the rules of the artist.
I have 2 points in here;

1. I don't have a DeviantArt.
2. I literally just search for a vector I want in Google and then I just copy and paste

Well, it'd be a collage, wouldn't it? So long as no crediting/usage/whathaveyou policies are violated like in what you've quoted, I don't see the harm in mashing some stuff together :p
