Introduction:
War, war never changes.

The Romans waged war to gather slaves and wealth.
Spain built an empire from its lust for gold and territory.
Hitler shaped a battered Germany into a economic superpower.
But war never changes.
In the 21st century, war was still raged over the resources that could be acquired.
Only this time, the spoils of war were also its weapons.
Petroleum, and Uranium.
For these resources, China would invade Alaska, the US would annex Canada, and the European Commonwealth would dissolve into quarreling, bickering nation-states, bent on controlling the last remaining resources on Earth.
In 2077, the storm of world war had come again.
In two brief hours, most of the planet was reduced to cinders.
And from the ashes of nuclear devastation.
A new civilization would struggle to arise.
A few were able to reach the relative safety of the large underground Vaults.
Imprisoned safely behind the door.
a generation has lived without knowledge of the outside world.
Life in the vault, is about to change.

1: No godmodding, no cheating, no flying no anything that is not relevant to the real world.
2: Be strict of locations, remember that this is Washington D.C.
3: You may be a Synth, but do not be like the terminator and be super OP.
4: That reminds me, do not one shot anyone, do not auto-hit, and plain just don't be OP.
5: Respect other characters opinions. Do not force to change anything.
6: Disregarding any of these rules can get you disqualified. No one wants a rule-breaker.
7: Please, no spamming. If you have any questions, please Private Message me.
8: Keep your posts slow, do not post them too fast. Or others will most likely get ninja'd, including you. So do not post too fast.
9: Do not post 1 lined posts. Try to atleast make posts fairly long and put some thought in them.
10: Finally, have fun. Roleplaying for fun is important and if you aren't having fun, then leave or don't post until you are in a better mood.

Bio/Story: BL-43 is a Protectron, originally programed to assist humans into the Vaults as the end drew near. Now, after being hacked by a pretty smart raider (in raider standards, of course), he now has a sort of free will, much like that of a Mr.Handy or a Mr.Gutsy.

After beating FO4, my want for this RP intensifies. But wouldn't it make more sense to place it in the commonwealth? I mean, this could be what happened after one of the endings.
