Just talk about anything that's been overused!
You can talk about what's wrong with villains....
Why the same type of ending.....
You can say anything!!!

Why does the fathering villains kill people just to look for their offspring?
Instead of asking where he/she's at, he just murders people.....

That's like Kirby killing millions of creatures for a cake!

The Pryda Snare in House songs being at the last bar of each pattern score.
Some house musicians seriously need to stop using it, it's cliché and annoying.

Seems like the new cliche in movies is to mock older cliches; e.g., "Now, I suppose this is the part where you tell me your evil plan, then put me in an unnecessarily complicated trap?" "No. (Shoots hero.)"

The villain finds one of the hero's loved ones and threatens him/her in order to get the hero to behave.

It doesn't work.

You know what every trailer needs? Low brass pads and heavy bass drums. You can't have a trailer without those playing in the background. Preferably composed by Hans Zimmer.

Key characters being gay.

I'm sorry, I have absolutely no problem with gay people, and am actively working to ensure that one in particular doesn't end up homeless, but there cannot possibly be that many gay people in the world that EVERY TV show has a couple.

There is such a thing as psychological horror. Creepy thoughts that don't rely on gore, death, or spoopy ghosts, but rather the dark recesses of the human mind.

I really hate it whenever the hero has to face off against a "Dark" clone of himself.
